What to do with Lamb

Many people have asked me what to do with lamb to take away the rancid taste of the fat which can permeate a lamb roast or chop.  This blend of herbs infused in olive oil and then brushed on the lamb an hour before grilling or roasting will give a great flavour with none of that nasty rancidity which can ruin a special meal.

Ingredients: Rosemary, Mint, Summer Savoury, Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Garlic Granules
