Jams, Pickles, Relishes

All of my Jams, Pickles, Relishes, Sauces and Jellies are made by my self.  Usually they are made fresh until I run out of the fruit or veggie and then that is that for the year.  The only exception is my Garlic Jelly and my Apple Butter which I make all year round.  All of my preserves have fresh fruit and/or veggies, sugar and/or vinegar, salt as needed, seasonings, sometimes lemon juice and sometimes pectin.  That is all.  I do water bath everything and everything is sealed properly.  I am following with a list of what I currently have stocked.
