Starting this weekend Franklin Farm Herbals and market will offer all fresh produce either grown here on the farm or from local growers. This week, mixed greens consisting of 10 different heirloom lettuces, raspberries, black currants, fresh herbs, parsley, sage, sorrel, rosemary, thyme, oregano, summer savoury, chives, marjoram and tarragon, as well as the ever popular applemint. By next week, we are hoping to add blueberries, tomatoes, beans and new potatoes. Come and see what's hanging in the drying shed or what Jill is infusing for winter use
