Foot Care

Looking after your tootsies is not only a healthy habit, but can also be a very relaxing one.  Spend an hour soaking your feet in a warm foot bath with special salts to soften dead skin and essential oils to ease soreness. Next scrub them with my seahorse ribbed soap with pommace or loofa exfoliant or, give them a refreshing sea salt scrub (not shown), that also contains moisturizing oils and Shea butter.  Finally, massage some rich lavender and mint foot cream into them.  Your feet will feel tingly and very soft, making the rest of you feel sort of tingly and very soft.  All products contain Ess. Oils Lavender, Peppermint, Camphor, Wintergreen and Black Pepper

Extreme Cream

This is not a cream for the faint of heart!  It is a highly fatted cream designed especially for dry, cracked skin that won't heal.  It has a 4% dilution of essential oils specifically chosen for their ability to heal, promote cell reproduction, prevent infection and reduce inflammation.

Healing Ointment

This is Comfrey and Calendula based ointment  This cream is a super healer, and is especially effective on stings, cuts, bruising and baby bum.  An excellent anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial ointment.

Sage

How I love sage, a gorgeous, fragrant, hardy, disease free plant that also keeps bugs off other plants. Salvia Officinalis, as it is formally known is easily one of the most under appreciated herbs growing in my garden. Sadly relegated to "just a touch," in the Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey stuffing. So what is so wonderful about Sage?
